Are you a Senior Quantity Surveyor looking for a fresh challenge, or a Quantity Surveyor ready to step up?

I’m working with an established and growing residential developer with a strong reputation for delivering high-quality new build homes. With a number of live and upcoming projects, they’re looking to strengthen their Commercial team with a key hire based in Leeds.

The Opportunity

You’ll play a key role in the commercial management of multiple residential developments, ensuring projects are delivered on budget, on time, and to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities

• Managing cost control, budgets, and valuations
• Procuring and managing subcontractors
• Preparing tenders and recommendations
• Supporting value engineering initiatives
• Managing variations and cost reporting
• Producing cost/value reconciliations
• Attending commercial and site meetings

About You

• Experience in a QS role within housebuilding or residential construction
• Either operating at Senior level or ready to step up
• Strong commercial awareness and attention to detail
• Confident communicator with strong relationship-building skills
• Experience with COINS (desirable)
