Sub-Agent / Package Manager

Summary

One of the UK's largest infrastructure contractors are looking for a talented and enthusiastic Sub Agent / Package Manager to join a highly successful, long-established joint venture between two of the world's leading infrastructure and construction giants

Based at Old Oak Common in London.

As a Sub Agent you will take ownership of key work packages (roofing, doors, or glazing), managing subcontractors, coordinating design and construction activities, and ensuring safe, efficient delivery on site.

Duties:

-    Manage day-to-day delivery of allocated work packages
-    Oversee subcontractor performance, programme, and deliverables
-    Ensure health, safety, and environmental standards are met
-    Work closely with design, commercial, and site teams
-    Identify risks, resolve interface issues, and drive continuous improvement
-    Report progress and maintain accurate project documentation

Sub Agent Specification

-    Degree qualified in Civil Engineering (or equivalent)
-    Strong experience in major infrastructure or construction projects
-    Working knowledge of NEC contracts
-    Proven ability managing subcontractors and site activities
-    CSCS required (SMSTS desirable)

Desirable Experience

-    Structural steel, roofing, cladding or glazing packages
-    Rail or major infrastructure interfaces (e.g. Network Rail, HS2)
-    Temporary works and lifting operations

Salary: Circa £54,000 - £56,000 + car allowance of £5000 plus package
