What You'll Be Doing

You'll work closely with pupils who need additional support, encouragement, and guidance throughout the school day.

This could include:

• Providing 1:1 support for children with additional needs
• Helping pupils regulate emotions and navigate challenging moments
• Supporting positive behaviour and classroom engagement
• Encouraging confidence, independence, and resilience
• Working alongside teachers, SENDCOs, and pastoral teams
• Helping create a safe and positive learning environment

• £92 to £95 per day, paid weekly via PAYE

What We Need to Clear You

• Passport/proof of right to work in the UK
• 2 proofs of address
• CV covering the last 10 years of work or education, with any explained gaps
• Two years of references, including childcare, voluntary, or youth work where applicable
• Overseas police check if you have lived abroad for 3 months or more in the past 5 years
