Protocol Education is recruiting SEN Classroom Assistants to support schools across Stockton and the surrounding areas.

We're particularly interested in hearing from Psychology graduates, support workers, care assistants, counselling students and Health & Social Care professionals who are looking for rewarding, school-based opportunities.

As an SEN Classroom Assistant, you'll support pupils with a range of additional needs, helping them engage with learning, develop confidence and achieve positive outcomes.

What you'll be doing

• Supporting pupils with additional learning needs
• Working one-to-one and in small group settings
• Helping children access classroom activities
• Supporting social and emotional development
• Promoting positive relationships and engagement
• Working collaboratively with school staff
