SEND Teacher - Morpeth

Protocol Education is recruiting a SEND Teacher for a specialist provision in Morpeth supporting pupils with a range of additional needs.

Location: Morpeth
Contract: Full-Time

About the Role

You will be responsible for delivering engaging, inclusive and differentiated lessons that meet the individual needs of pupils with Autism, ADHD, SEMH needs and learning difficulties.

Working closely with Teaching Assistants, Therapists and families, you'll help pupils achieve both academic and personal milestones.

The successful candidate will be passionate about inclusive education and committed to supporting every learner to reach their full potential.

Key Responsibilities

• Planning and delivering differentiated lessons
• Supporting EHCP outcomes
• Monitoring and assessing progress
• Creating an engaging learning environment
• Supporting social and emotional development
• Working collaboratively with support staff
• Developing positive relationships with families

We're Looking For

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
• Strong classroom management skills
• Experience supporting SEND learners desirable
• Commitment to inclusive education
• Passion for helping every child succeed
