SEND Teaching Assistant (Driver Required) – Morpeth (Full-Time)

Looking for a rewarding role supporting children with additional needs in a specialist educational setting?

A specialist SEND school in Morpeth is looking for a SEND Teaching Assistant to support pupils with Autism, complex needs and communication difficulties.

Due to the location of the provision and limited public transport routes, a full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle is essential for this role.

Location: Morpeth
Pay: £92.63 - £105 per day
Contract: Full-time, Long-Term
Essential: Full UK Driving Licence and access to own vehicle

What you'll be doing

Supporting pupils on a 1:1 basis and within small groups
Helping pupils access learning and daily routines
Supporting communication and social development
Encouraging confidence and independence
Assisting with behaviour and emotional regulation
Working closely with teachers and specialist staff
