

1:1 Reception SEND Support
- Providing dedicated 1:1 support for a Reception pupil with SEND.
- Supporting the pupil's engagement in classroom activities and routines.
- Encouraging communication, independence and positive interactions.
- Working closely with the class teacher and wider support staff.
- Helping create a safe, nurturing and inclusive learning environment.
- Someone who is patient, caring and committed to supporting children's development.
- Experience supporting children with SEND is desirable.
- A strong understanding of the importance of inclusion and personalised support.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- A positive and proactive approach to supporting learning.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
