What You'll Be Doing

Supporting pupils whose behaviour can present barriers to learning.
Promoting positive behaviour and engagement.
Working alongside teachers to implement support strategies.
Providing encouragement, structure and consistency.
Helping pupils access learning and achieve positive outcomes.

Experienced HLTAs.
Learning Support Assistants with behavioural support experience.
SEND practitioners.
Occupational Therapy professionals.
Resilient and enthusiastic individuals who enjoy building relationships.
