The Role

As a History Teacher, you will:

Teach History across Key Stages 3 and 4
Plan and deliver engaging, knowledge-rich lessons
Inspire curiosity about historical events, people and cultures
Differentiate learning to support students of all abilities
Monitor progress and provide effective feedback
Create a positive and inclusive learning environment
Work collaboratively with colleagues across the Humanities department
Contribute to the wider life of the school

We're Looking For

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
A degree in History or a related subject
Strong classroom management skills
Excellent communication and organisational abilities
Commitment to raising attainment and aspirations
A genuine passion for education
