Are you a Psychology graduate looking to gain valuable hands-on experience supporting children with additional needs? A welcoming primary school in Denton is seeking a dedicated SEND Teaching Assistant to support pupils across EYFS and Key Stage 1, starting ASAP.

What You'll Be Doing
  • Supporting pupils with a range of SEND needs within the classroom.
  • Working one-to-one and in small group interventions.
  • Helping children develop social, emotional and communication skills.
  • Supporting behaviour regulation and positive engagement.
  • Collaborating with teachers and the SEND team.
  • Observing and monitoring pupil progress.
Who We're Looking For
  • A Psychology graduate or final-year student.
  • A genuine interest in child development, SEND or mental health.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • A patient, resilient and empathetic approach.
  • Experience working with children is beneficial but not essential.
