Senior Quantity Surveyor - MOJ & Education - Freelance  We are currently working with a tier one contractor who are seeking a Freelance Senior Quantity Surveyor to work on a couple of their schemes across the UK including an MOJ project in the Surrey area.  Requirements: - Worked as a Senior Quantity Surveyor previously- Able to work on a couple of schemes at one time- Managed projects on NEC and JCT form of contract- Experience working on Education, MOJ and Student Accommodation projects previously- Able to manage projects up to £50m in value- Experience managing Sub-Contractors, procurement, Change and CVRs  Rate: £425 - £440 per day (inclusive)Duration: 6-12 months Location: Midlands/ Occasional travel to site in Surrey Status: Outside IR35 This position is available to start in the next couple of weeks working on the pre-construction and then running the job. If you are interested in this position please contact me on [email protected] to discuss the position in more detail.
