Quantity Surveyor - Construction - Freelance - Outside IR35 We are currently working with Main Contractor who are seeking a Freelance Quantity Surveyor to work on a large project in the East Midlands Requirements:  Worked as a Quantity Surveyor previously  Able to work within a team and support a SQS Worked on JCT form of contract previously  Experience working on Industrial, Data Centres, or Pharmaceutical Experience working on Fit out projects  Experience managing Sub-Contractors Commercial Administration and Running of payments    Rate: £320 - £360 per day Duration: 6 months (high potential of other work) Location: East Midlands Status: Outside IR35 This position is available to start in the next couple of weeks so please apply as soon as possible if you are interested in hearing more.If you are interested in this position please contact me on [email protected] to discuss the position in more detail.
