Are you passionate about supporting children to achieve their full potential? Looking for flexible work that fits around your commitments?

We are seeking enthusiastic, caring and adaptable Learning Partners to provide flexible support within a welcoming and inclusive primary school setting local to Patchway. Opportunities are available across EYFS, Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2, with a particular focus on 1:1 and small group support for pupils with Special Educational Needs (SEN).

This role is ideal for experienced teaching assistants, youth workers, sports coaches, support workers, or anyone with a passion for helping children learn, grow and succeed.

The Role

  • Provide 1:1 support for pupils with additional needs.
  • Deliver small group interventions to support learning and development.
  • Encourage pupil engagement, confidence and independence.
  • Support children's academic, social and emotional progress.
  • Work collaboratively with teachers and school staff to create positive learning experiences.
  • Adapt to different year groups and classroom environments as required.

We're Looking For Someone Who:

  • Has a positive, patient and nurturing approach.
  • Can build strong relationships with pupils and staff.
  • Is flexible, reliable and willing to support where needed.
  • Has experience working with children or young people (desirable but not essential).
  • Is passionate about inclusion and helping every child succeed.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
