This is a great opportunity for an experienced Senior Site Manager to join a leading National Housebuilder who specialises in residential construction.

Our client is looking for a Senior Site Manager to oversee the execution of new build housing projects, ensuring high-quality outcomes and full compliance with health, safety and regulatory standards, based in Peterborough with the opportunity to progress onto local sites in the future due to their strong pipeline of projects. 

Key responsibilities for this Senior Site Manager role:

• Reporting into the Contracts Manager

• Overseeing operatives and subcontractors

• In charge of the daily running of the site

• Carry a driven approach aiming for high quality output to align with the award focused attitude

Experience required for this Senior Site Manager role:

• CSCS Card and in date

• NVQ Level 6 In Site Management 

• First Aid Qualifications 

Package offered for this Senior Site Manager role:

• Salary - Up To £80,000

• Permanent contract with potential to move onto other local sites
