The Role
You will be:
- Supporting children aged 0-5 years in their learning and development
- Delivering activities in line with the EYFS Framework
- Creating a safe, stimulating, and nurturing environment
- Building positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues
- Completing observations and learning journeys
- Supporting children's personal care routines where required
- Working closely with colleagues to provide the highest standard of care
✅ What We're Looking For
Essential
- Level 3 Early Years Qualification (or equivalent)
- Previous nursery or Early Years experience
- Good knowledge of the EYFS Framework
- A caring, positive, and professional approach
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills
Desirable
- Paediatric First Aid
- SEND experience
- Experience using Tapestry or similar nursery systems
- Enhanced DBS on the Update Service
- Safeguarding Level 2 Training
