About the role

Music is becoming a first-class part of ElevenLabs Creative. You’ll own the UI that lets creators make it, working closely with Research to turn new music models into products people use the next day.

The open question is what the best interface for AI music creation looks like. You’ll form a view on the right experience, build it end to end, and make it easy to adopt each new model as it lands.

You’ll take an ambiguous problem, decompose it, and carry it through legal, design, engineering and launch with Growth. You’ll work in a small, high-ownership team across product, research and go-to-market.

Requirements

• Strong Frontend experience: you’ve shipped complex, production UIs (React/TypeScript or equivalent) and are comfortable on the backend when the work needs it
• You’ve owned ambiguous, zero-to-one product work from problem definition to launch, without a PM or a prescriptive backlog
• You’ve worked closely with designers (Figma) and have taste and opinions about UX
• You’ve worked across functions such as legal, safety, growth and design to ship, and keep stakeholders updated without prompting
• You weigh trade-offs and make pragmatic decisions with no single right answer, and build so that new models can be swapped in as they land

Bonus

• Music, audio or creative-tools experience, or music as a hobby
• Experience building media-heavy interfaces such as audio, video or timeline editors
• Experience working with ML models or research teams

Location

This role is remote-first, so it can be executed from anywhere in Europe or on the US East Coast, with the ability to operate in Central European timezones required. If you prefer, you can work from our offices in Dublin, London, New York and Warsaw.
