Whether you've worked in childcare, coaching, youth work, care, hospitality, customer service, or simply have a natural ability to build positive relationships with children, this could be the perfect opportunity to begin a rewarding career in education.

The Role

As a Primary School Support Assistant, you'll work closely with teachers and pupils to create positive and engaging learning experiences throughout the school day.

Your responsibilities may include:

• Supporting pupils in the classroom alongside the class teacher
• Providing one-to-one support to children who need additional encouragement or guidance
• Helping to create a calm, positive, and inclusive learning environment
• Encouraging confidence, independence, and social development
• Supporting play-based learning and creative activities
• Helping pupils stay focused and engaged during lessons
• Building positive relationships with children, families, and school staff
• Supporting pupils with a range of needs, including SEND where required

Previous experience working with children is beneficial but not essential. We're keen to hear from people with transferable skills and a positive attitude.

What We Need to Clear You

To get you registered and ready for work, we'll need:

• Passport or proof of right to work in the UK
• Two proofs of address
• A CV covering the last 10 years of employment and/or education, with any gaps explained
• References covering the last two years, including childcare, youth work, care, or other relevant employment where applicable
• An overseas police check if you have lived abroad for three months or more within the last five years
