Behaviour Support Assistant

We have a fantastic opportunity to work 1:1 with a Year 3 pupil, supporting needs associated with autism, attachment and demand avoidance.
You’ll focus on building a trusting relationship, supporting emotional regulation and helping the child successfully access learning and school life.
This could be ideal for an experienced SEND TA, Learning Support Assistant, Behaviour Mentor or Learning Partner who is confident supporting complex needs and behaviours.
Based in Downend, the school is well positioned for candidates across South Gloucestershire and North/East Bristol.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
