The Role

• Supporting pupils with a range of SEN needs within the Inclusion Hub
• Working closely with teachers and SEN staff
• Delivering targeted interventions and personalised support
• Encouraging pupil confidence, engagement, and independence
• Creating a calm, positive, and inclusive learning environment

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience supporting children with SEN is essential
• A patient, compassionate, and resilient approach
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Experience supporting children with ASD, ADHD, and additional learning needs is desirable
• A genuine passion for helping children reach their full potential
