Cleaner - Part Time

Stockton Hall is looking to recruit a Cleaner to join our team. This is a permanent part-time role working 20 hours per week.

Working hours Monday-Sunday 9 am-13.00 pm, 5 days per week (over 7 days)

Priory Stockton Hall, near York, is a medium secure hospital providing services based on clinical need and patient pathways. It is accessible by public transport, with a local bus service and nearby train station, and York is approximately 5 miles away and accessible by bus. The site also has good road links, with a short drive to the A64. Due to the location of the service, access to a vehicle or the ability to drive is recommended

• Maintaining a clean, safe, and hygienic environment across the site 
• Following cleaning schedules and Priory standards 
• Using cleaning equipment safely and effectively 
• Reporting maintenance issues, damage, or hazards 
• Working as part of a team to deliver a high-quality service 
• Supporting colleagues where required

• Good standard of English, with basic numeracy and literacy skills
• Previous cleaning experience is helpful but not essential – full training will be provided
• Reliable with a strong work ethic
• Good attention to detail
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Physical stamina to carry out an active role throughout the day
