Role Overview

As a Stock Assistant at Mountain Warehouse, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the store remains well-stocked and organised for a seamless shopping experience. From receiving and replenishing deliveries to maintaining accurate inventory levels, you will help keep the store running efficiently while upholding high standards of stock presentation, safety and compliance.

Operational Excellence

• Receive and process deliveries efficiently: accept incoming shipments, check for accuracy and ensure products are properly stocked and stored.
• Replenish stock and maintain store presentation: regularly restock shelves and displays to ensure a well-stocked and visually appealing environment.
• Maintain cleanliness and store standards: conduct daily housekeeping tasks including tidying shelves, maintaining fitting rooms and ensuring overall cleanliness.

Customer Engagement

• Build strong connections with customers, engaging with them to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
• Represent the Mountain Warehouse brand with enthusiasm and professionalism.

Sales & Performance

• Work with the team to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Support store management in identifying opportunities for growth and improvement.
