This is a great opportunity for an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join a well known contractor ideally based in the North Yorkshire/Yorkshire Region. My clients offer hybrid working but have an expectation to visit sites on a regular basis. These are Energy/Civils related projects. 

Our client is looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join the existing Commercial team working on a hybrid basis. The candidate must be flexible to travel to sites throughout the UK as and when required. The sites are North Yorkshire, York, Yorkshire based with the possibility of some in the North East in the future therefore candidates in and around this area would be suitable.  This is an initial 6 month contract with the view to potentially to be long term for the right individual. This role falls outside IR35.

Package offered for this Senior Quantity Surveyor role:
· £500-570 day based on experience, My client will also consider Quantity Surveyors 
· Inside IR35
· Potential to be a long term role for the right individual

- Reporting 
- Forecasting 
- Costs
- NEC contract 
- Sub contract management  
- Attending meetings
- Mentoring and supporting more junior surveyors 

Experience required for this Senior Quantity Surveyor role:
- Experience in a similar role
- Experience working for main contractors  
- NEC experience ideally 
- Must be able to drive as required to be flexible in travelling to site as and when required on a regular basis
