Quantity Surveyor

Location: Warwickshire or Coleshill

Salary: Up to £60,000 per annum + bonus + car/car allowance

A well-established residential housebuilder in the Midlands is seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join its commercial team.

You will take responsibility for the full financial management of residential developments, from budgeting and procurement through to cost control and final account, ensuring margins are protected and commercial risks are managed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Commercial management of residential developments

• Cost control, forecasting, and CVRs

• Procurement of subcontract packages

• Subcontractor valuations and payments

• Pricing variations, extras, and incentives

• Commercial reporting using COINS software

• Managing and resolving commercial issues

• Liaising with site and operational teams

Essential Requirements:

• Degree-qualified in Quantity Surveying or equivalent experience

• Minimum 5 years' experience in residential construction

• Essential: Proven experience using COINS software

• Strong commercial and financial management skills

• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities

• Full UK driving licence
