A friendly and supportive primary school in West Drayton is looking to appoint an experienced Year 1 Teacher from January 2027 through to July 2027.

This is a full class teacher position with full classroom responsibility, including planning, preparation, assessment, parent communication, and attendance at relevant staff meetings.

Requirements

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential
Proven experience teaching within Key Stage 1
Strong understanding of the Year 1 curriculum and phonics
Confident with planning, assessment and pupil progress tracking
Excellent classroom and behaviour management skills
Reliable, enthusiastic and committed to achieving strong outcomes for pupils
