The Role

• Support children's learning and development in line with the EYFS framework
• Create engaging, stimulating, and nurturing learning experiences
• Build positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues
• Observe, assess, and record children's progress
• Contribute to a safe, happy, and inclusive nursery environment

The Ideal Candidate

• Holds a Level 3 Childcare Qualification (essential)
• Has a good understanding of the EYFS curriculum
• Is passionate about giving children the best possible start in life
• Has excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Is caring, enthusiastic, and committed to high-quality early years education
