SEN Teaching Assistant Required in Worcester Park

The Role

• Provide one-to-one and small group support for pupils with Special Educational Needs.
• Assist students with a range of needs including Autism (ASC), ADHD, SEMH, speech and language difficulties, and learning disabilities.
• Support the class teacher in delivering engaging and inclusive lessons.
• Promote positive behaviour, independence, and emotional wellbeing.
• Help implement individual learning and support plans tailored to pupils' needs.
• Work collaboratively with teachers, SENCOs, and support staff to ensure the best outcomes for all pupils.

The Ideal Candidate

• Has experience working with children or young people, preferably in an educational or SEN setting.
• Is patient, caring, and resilient.
• Possesses strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Has a genuine passion for supporting children with additional needs.
• Can build positive and trusting relationships with pupils and colleagues.
