Logo Jober.uk

Jober is a job board that will always be free.

Employers post jobs and run their hiring in one place. Candidates find work and apply directly. No agency in between.

jober.uk is one of 9 Jober job boards, one per country, run by the same team on the same rules.

Posting a job costs nothing, and it always will.

Applying costs nothing too.

We are not an agency: employers post their own jobs and candidates apply straight to them.

01

Companies add jobs

Employers post their own jobs, for free. No agency writes or filters them.

02

We show them to candidates

Jober shows each job to people looking for that kind of work, on the site and in notifications.

03

Candidates apply

A candidate applies in a minute and the CV goes straight to the company.

04

Employers review, talk and hire

The company looks through the CVs, calls the candidates it likes by video, and hires, all in its panel.

05

Candidates get jobs!

The company hires directly, with no one in between.

Paid options, such as promoting a job, are there if you want more reach. The basics stay free for good.

An ATS comes with it, free

Every application lands in your recruiter panel. Move candidates through your process without spreadsheets or lost emails.

Who is behind Jober

The company
Jober is run by Jober Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales under number 15328589, at 406 Teyleur, Manchester, M50 3AQ, United Kingdom. The same company runs every Jober site.
Where the jobs and the numbers come from
Jobs come from two places: employers post them themselves, and some arrive through partner job feeds. The salary figures are statistics we compute every month from the pay advertised in jobs published on Jober: averages and medians, not estimates.
How employer reviews work
Reviews are written by candidates who applied through Jober: each one is tied to an application and to a link sent to that candidate, so nobody can review an employer they never applied to. A moderator checks every review before it is published, and anyone can report one.
