The Role

As a Cover Supervisor, you will:

• Deliver pre-planned lessons in the absence of teaching staff.
• Manage classroom behaviour and ensure a positive learning environment.
• Support students in completing set work.
• Encourage engagement and participation across a range of subjects.
• Build positive relationships with students and staff.
• Promote high standards of behaviour and conduct.
• Gain experience working across Key Stages 3 and 4.
• Develop valuable classroom management and communication skills.

No lesson planning is required, allowing you to focus on delivering learning and supporting students throughout the school day.
