The Role:

• Full-time HLTA position
• Leading a classroom within an SEN provision
• Supporting pupils with a range of additional needs
• Delivering planned learning activities and interventions
• Working closely with teachers, therapists, and support staff
• Creating a positive, engaging, and nurturing learning environment

What We're Looking For:

• HLTA qualification or relevant experience
• Experience working with SEN pupils
• Confident leading groups and managing a classroom environment
• Positive, patient, and adaptable approach
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
