Finished university and wondering what comes next?

If you've studied Psychology, Criminology, Health & Social Care, Sociology, Sport, or another people-focused degree, and you're looking for a career where every day matters, we'd love to hear from you.

Whether you're planning a future in Educational Psychology, Clinical Psychology, Speech and Language Therapy, Teaching, Social Work, or Mental Health, this could be the perfect place to start.

Make a real difference, one school day at a time.

We're looking for compassionate, resilient graduates to support children and young people with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) and Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs in schools across the local area.

No two days are the same. One day you'll be helping a child build confidence in the classroom, the next you'll be celebrating a breakthrough that seemed impossible just a few weeks before.

It's challenging, rewarding, and a brilliant way to gain hands-on experience that employers and postgraduate courses genuinely value.

What's on offer?

  • Full-time, part-time and flexible opportunities
  • Work that fits around your lifestyle and career goals
  • Experience in primary, secondary and specialist schools
  • Ongoing training and professional development
  • A dedicated consultant who'll support you every step of the way
  • Weekly PAYE pay, with no umbrella companies

We're looking for people who:

  • Have a degree, or are graduating this year
  • Are curious about child development, behaviour and mental health
  • Have a genuine passion for helping young people succeed
  • Are patient, positive and ready to learn
  • Have experience working with children or vulnerable adults, this could be through volunteering, coaching, mentoring or part-time work, although it's not essential

A career that opens doors

Many of our graduates go on to become:

  • Educational Psychologists
  • Teachers
  • Speech and Language Therapists
  • Occupational Therapists
  • Clinical Psychologists
  • Behaviour Mentors
  • SEN Specialists

If you're looking for meaningful experience before your next career step, this is a brilliant place to begin.
