We're working with welcoming schools across Bath looking for caring, resilient and enthusiastic Learning Support Assistants to help pupils reach their full potential. Whether your experience comes from education, care, youth work or coaching, your skills could be exactly what these schools are looking for.
What you'll be doing:
- Supporting pupils with SEND and SEMH needs in the classroom
- Building positive relationships that help children feel safe and confident
- Encouraging learning through creative and engaging activities
- Working alongside teachers and SEN professionals to help every child succeed
- Promoting independence, emotional wellbeing and positive behaviour
We're looking for someone who:
- Has experience supporting children or young people with SEND or SEMH (essential)
- Is patient, calm and confident in challenging situations
- Has excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Is passionate about helping every child thrive

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
