We are working with a number of welcoming and inclusive primary schools across Bath that are looking for strong, resilient and committed Learning Support Assistants to join their teams on both short-term and long-term assignments.

These roles are ideal for individuals who enjoy building positive relationships with children and understand that every school day can bring new challenges and opportunities. Schools are looking for Teaching Assistants and Learning Support Assistants who can provide consistency, encouragement and guidance to pupils who may require additional support to access learning and thrive in the classroom.

You'll be working closely with teachers, SENCOs and wider support teams, supporting pupils on a one-to-one basis and in small groups. Many of the children may have additional needs relating to communication, social and emotional development, SEND, SEMH or behaviour, so patience, adaptability and a calm, nurturing approach are essential.

This is a highly rewarding opportunity for someone who enjoys making a genuine difference. Whether you're helping a child regulate their emotions, engage with learning, build friendships or develop confidence in the classroom, your support will have a lasting impact.

Our partner schools across Bath pride themselves on their inclusive ethos, supportive leadership teams and commitment to helping every child reach their potential.

What you'll be doing:

  • Supporting pupils on a one-to-one basis and in small groups
