Our client is looking for an Assistant Site Manager to join them on a residential project and the build of an apartment block in Birmingham, UK.

Key responsibilities for this Assistant Site Manager role:

• Reporting into the Site Manager

• Management of method statements and risk assessments

• In charge of the daily running of the site

• Take initiative 

   

Experience required for this Assistant Site Manager role:

• CSCS Card and in date

• SMSTS Card and in date

• First Aid At Work

Package offered for this Assistant Site Manager role:

• Up to £50,000 salary (DOE) 

• Car allowance 

• Bonus scheme 

• Private medical after 6 months
