What your day could look like

No two days are ever quite the same.

One lesson you could be supervising Science, the next History or PE. You'll deliver pre-planned lessons, keep pupils focused, encourage them to do their best, and make sure learning carries on while their teacher is away.

You'll be:

• Leading lessons across KS3 and KS4 using prepared resources
• Creating a calm, positive learning environment where students can succeed
• Supporting pupils to stay engaged and complete their work
• Building positive relationships with both students and colleagues
• Becoming a valued part of a school community that genuinely cares about its staff

Who we're looking for

You don't need to be a qualified teacher. If you've worked with young people and have the confidence to lead a room, we'd love to hear from you.

This role is ideal if you have experience in:

• Schools or education settings
• Coaching or sports leadership
• Youth work
• Tutoring
• Mentoring or similar roles

You'll also bring:

✔ A genuine passion for helping young people succeed
