Key Duties
- Deliver tailored support to pupils with Special Educational Needs.
- Work alongside teachers to adapt learning activities.
- Support emotional, social and academic development.
- Implement behaviour and intervention strategies.
- Assist with personal care where required.
- Promote inclusion, independence and confidence.
We Are Looking For
- Experience working with children or young people with additional needs.
- Understanding of Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC), ADHD, SEMH or communication needs.
- Positive and proactive attitude.
- Strong teamwork and organisational skills.
