Key Duties

Deliver tailored support to pupils with Special Educational Needs.
Work alongside teachers to adapt learning activities.
Support emotional, social and academic development.

Assist with personal care where required.
Promote inclusion, independence and confidence.

We Are Looking For

Experience working with children or young people with additional needs.
Understanding of Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC), ADHD, SEMH or communication needs.
Positive and proactive attitude.
Strong teamwork and organisational skills.
Commitment to safeguarding and promoting children's welfare.
