Are you a Psychology, Education, Childhood Studies or SEND graduate looking to gain practical experience working with children with additional needs?

A specialist resource base within a primary school is looking for a full-time SEN Learning Partner to support pupils with a variety of SEN, communication and SEMH needs.

You'll gain hands-on experience supporting:

  • Emotional regulation
  • Behaviour and wellbeing
  • Autism and communication needs
  • Social interaction
  • Individual learning interventions
  • Children who experience barriers to accessing mainstream education

You'll work closely with experienced education professionals, developing your understanding of how children's additional needs can affect their learning, behaviour, relationships and emotional wellbeing.

This could be excellent experience for someone considering future training in educational psychology, teaching, SEND, occupational therapy or other child-focused professions.

We're looking for someone who is curious, reflective, patient and genuinely motivated to understand individual children's needs.

Start building meaningful SEN experience while making a difference to children's everyday experience of school.
