The Role

As a HLTA, you will:

• Deliver planned lessons across EYFS, KS1 and KS2 in the teacher's absence.
• Support pupils' learning and development both in groups and on a one-to-one basis.
• Work closely with teachers and senior leaders to maintain high standards of teaching and learning.
• Support children with additional needs, including SEN, where required.
• Foster a positive, engaging, and inclusive learning environment.

Requirements

To be considered, you must:

• Hold a recognised HLTA qualification or equivalent relevant qualification.
• Have recent experience working within a UK primary school setting.
• Be confident leading whole-class learning across different year groups.
• Demonstrate excellent communication and behaviour management skills.
• Have a flexible and proactive approach to supporting schools and pupils.
