We are seeking enthusiastic and caring Level 3 Nursery Practitioners to support a variety of nurseries across the local area. You'll play a key role in creating a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment where children can learn, develop, and thrive.

Responsibilities:

• Supporting children's learning through play-based activities.
• Promoting children's social, emotional, and physical development.
• Building positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
• Following safeguarding and welfare procedures at all times.
• Assisting with observations, planning, and assessments where required.
• Creating an engaging and inclusive environment for all children.

Requirements:

• A recognised Level 3 Early Years qualification (or equivalent).
• Previous experience working within a nursery or early years setting.
• Good understanding of the EYFS framework.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• A caring, positive, and proactive approach.
• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply for one).
