We are seeking an enthusiastic Level 3 Early Years Practitioner to become part of our friendly Early Years team from September 2026. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a supportive independent school where children are encouraged to develop confidence, curiosity, and a lifelong love of learning.
About the Role
As an Early Years Practitioner, you will play a key role in providing high-quality care and education for children within our Early Years setting. Working alongside experienced colleagues, you will help create a stimulating, inclusive, and engaging environment that supports every child to thrive.
We Are Looking For Someone Who:
- Holds a recognised Level 3 Early Years qualification that is suitable for working in an Early Years setting.
- Has a sound understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
- Is passionate about supporting young children's learning and development.
- Is caring, patient, and enthusiastic with excellent communication skills.
- Works well as part of a team while also using their own initiative.
- Builds positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
- Is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
