Are you a graduate considering a career in teaching, educational psychology, therapy or social work?

We are working with welcoming primary and specialist schools in Brentwood that are looking for confident and compassionate Learning Support Assistants. This is an excellent opportunity to gain meaningful classroom experience while helping children overcome barriers to learning.

You may support pupils with:

• Autism, ADHD or communication needs
• Social, emotional and mental health needs
• Literacy, numeracy and classroom engagement
• Developing confidence, independence and friendships
• One-to-one and small-group learning activities

We would love to hear from graduates in subjects such as Psychology, Education, Childhood Studies, Criminology, Sociology, Health and Social Care or Sports Coaching. However, graduates from all subject areas are welcome to apply.

The ideal candidate will be patient, enthusiastic, reliable and genuinely interested in supporting children.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
