We are currently recruiting experienced SEN Teaching Assistants to support children and young people with Special Educational Needs (SEN) across a range of educational settings.

We are looking for caring, patient, and enthusiastic individuals who have previous experience supporting people with additional needs, whether in a school, childcare, nursery, residential, or adult care setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supporting pupils with special educational needs in their learning and development.
• Providing one-to-one and small group support where required.
• Helping to create a safe, supportive, and inclusive learning environment.
• Supporting pupils with emotional, social, and behavioural needs.
• Working closely with teachers, support staff, and other professionals.

Requirements:

• Previous experience working with SEN individuals in either an adult care or childcare setting.
• A patient, caring, and adaptable approach.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• A genuine passion for supporting individuals with additional needs.
• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or willingness to obtain one.
