A welcoming North Bristol nursery is seeking an enthusiastic Nursery Assistant to support children in a busy and engaging Early Years environment. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys helping children develop through play, exploration and real-life learning experiences. Based on the nursery's emphasis on child-initiated learning and partnership working with families.

What You'll Be Doing

• Supporting children throughout the nursery day
• Leading and participating in creative indoor and outdoor activities
• Encouraging communication, confidence and independence
• Building warm, positive relationships with children
• Supporting children's emotional and social development
• Working alongside experienced Early Years practitioners and teachers

We're Looking For Someone Who

• Has experience in childcare, nurseries or schools
• Is naturally caring, patient and enthusiastic
• Enjoys working as part of a team
• Has a genuine passion for supporting young children
• Understands the importance of safeguarding
