Whether you're an experienced Teaching Assistant, a university graduate, a support worker, or someone looking to gain experience in education, we would love to hear from you.

About the Role

As a Flexible Teaching Assistant, you will:

• Support students in the classroom on a 1:1 basis or in small groups
• Assist teachers with lesson delivery and classroom activities
• Encourage pupil engagement, confidence, and independence
• Provide additional support to students with SEND where required
• Adapt to different school environments and year groups

We're Looking For People Who:

✅ Can build positive relationships quickly
✅ Have experience in education, childcare, care, youth work, coaching, or support work (desirable but not essential)
