We are working with a range of schools across North Bristol that are looking for enthusiastic and motivated graduates to join their teams as Teaching Assistants.
The Role
As a Graduate Teaching Assistant, you will:
- Support pupils in the classroom on a 1:1 basis and in small groups
- Help students stay engaged with their learning
- Assist teachers with classroom activities and lesson preparation
- Support children with additional learning needs, including SEN and SEMH
- Build positive relationships that help pupils thrive both academically and socially
No previous classroom experience is required. Schools are looking for graduates with a positive attitude, strong communication skills, and a genuine interest in working with young people.
