Lead EYFS Teacher
Love those magical Early Years moments? The first wobbly attempts at writing their name. The endless questions. The proud "look what I made!" moments. If helping children find their confidence and curiosity is what gets you out of bed in the morning, this could be the role for you.
We're working with a welcoming and ambitious primary school looking for an exceptional teacher to help lead and develop their Early Years provision from September 2026.
This is a school where relationships matter, children are genuinely excited to learn, and staff support one another every step of the way. There's a real sense of community, a collaborative team culture, and plenty of opportunities to shape the future of the curriculum.
What makes this opportunity special?
✨ A thriving Early Years setting with a strong commitment to continuous improvement.
✨ A collaborative staff team who plan, learn, and celebrate successes together.
✨ Well-behaved, enthusiastic children who take pride in their school.
✨ Opportunities to contribute to curriculum development and wider school life.
✨ A culture that values professional growth and encourages fresh ideas.
You'll be a great fit if you:
Bring warmth, energy, and high expectations into your classroom.
Have a genuine passion for Early Years education and child development.
Love working as part of a team and believe that the best ideas are shared.
Want to make a lasting difference, not just inside the classroom, but across the wider community.
Are committed to developing your own practice and embracing new opportunities to learn.
Enjoy rolling up your sleeves and getting involved in school life beyond the school gates.
This role would suit someone who believes that Early Years isn't simply the starting point of education, it's where confidence, curiosity, and a lifelong love of learning begin.
Visits are warmly welcomed, because finding the right school should feel a bit like finding your favourite seat in the staffroom. You know when it's the right fit.
