Are you passionate about helping children with special educational needs thrive at school?
We are looking for a caring, patient and enthusiastic SEN Teaching Assistant to work part-time with primary-aged children in North Bristol.
You’ll support pupils with a range of additional needs, helping them feel secure, engaged and confident in the classroom. Depending on the placement, you may work 1:1 with individual children or support small groups, adapting activities and providing encouragement throughout the school day.
We’re looking for someone who:
- Has experience supporting children with SEN, ideally in a school or similar setting
- Can build positive, trusting relationships with children
- Uses calm and consistent behaviour-support strategies
- Is patient, resilient and adaptable
- Is passionate about helping every child make progress

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
