THE ROLE

A well-established housebuilder is looking for a Quantity Surveyor to join its Bristol team. You'll manage the commercial side of residential schemes from pre-construction to final account, working closely with site, design and procurement teams.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING

• QS experience in house building or residential

• Strong knowledge of subcontract procurement, valuations and final accounts

• Confident negotiation and communication skills

• Degree, HNC/HND or equivalent in QS or a related field, or equivalent experience

• MRICS or working towards it is a plus

• Full UK driving licence
