Are you passionate about supporting children with Special Educational Needs (SEN)? Do you want to make a meaningful difference in the lives of young people every day? We are currently recruiting dedicated and compassionate SEN Teaching Assistants to work within specialist schools across Bristol.

This rewarding role will involve supporting pupils with a variety of additional needs, including Autism (ASC), ADHD, SEMH (Social, Emotional and Mental Health needs), learning difficulties, speech and language needs, and complex needs. You will help create a positive learning environment where every child can reach their full potential.

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Provide 1:1 and small group support to pupils
✅ Assist with classroom activities and personalised learning plans
✅ Support pupils with emotional regulation and behaviour management strategies
✅ Encourage independence, confidence, and social development
✅ Build strong, positive relationships with students and staff
✅ Work alongside teachers, therapists, and SEN professionals to support pupil progress

We Are Looking For:

✔ A caring, patient, and resilient individual
✔ Experience working with children, young people, or vulnerable adults is desirable but not essential
✔ Strong communication and teamwork skills
✔ A genuine passion for supporting children with additional needs
✔ Graduates, support workers, care workers, youth workers, sports coaches, and those with transferable skills are encouraged to apply
