We're looking for compassionate and dedicated individuals to join our team this September, supporting children with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) in welcoming schools.

What you'll be doing

  • Providing one-to-one and small group support in and out of the classroom
  • Encouraging positive behaviour, independence, and confidence
  • Working closely with teachers and SEND professionals to help pupils reach their full potential
  • Creating a safe, supportive, and engaging learning environment

We're looking for someone who has

  • At least 2 years' experience supporting children or young people in an educational setting
  • Experience working with children with SEND
  • A patient, caring, and positive approach
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • A genuine passion for helping children succeed

A current Enhanced DBS on the Update Service is preferred, although we can support you with obtaining one if needed.

Why join Protocol Education?

When you join us, you'll be supported from day one with:

  • Weekly PAYE pay, no umbrella companies
  • FREE access to our online CPD Academy
  • A dedicated consultant who'll support you throughout your journey
  • Opportunities across mainstream, specialist SEND, and alternative provision schools
  • A simple registration process and local placements
  • A referral scheme where you can earn rewards for recommending friends
