About the Role

As a Teaching Assistant, you will:

• Support pupils with a range of Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND)
• Work alongside teachers to deliver engaging and inclusive learning experiences
• Build positive relationships that encourage confidence, independence, and personal growth
• Provide one-to-one and small group support tailored to individual student needs
• Help create a safe, nurturing, and positive learning environment

✅ Has experience in education, childcare, care work, youth work, coaching, or support work (desirable but not essential)
